At Woven UP, we believe small acts can lead to meaningful transformation—for people and the planet. Our work is grounded in three pillars: therapeutic weaving, creative upcycling, and inclusive access to healing. Together, they shape a model of sustainability that is both environmental and emotional.​
From Waste to Worth
The textile industry is one of the largest polluters in the world, with millions of tons of fabric and packaging ending up in landfills every year. Instead of buying new, we use what already exists—discarded fabric scraps, cardboard boxes, and textile off-cuts—and turn them into tools for creativity and well-being.

Each Woven UP workshop uses only repurposed or donated materials, teaching participants how to weave using cardboard looms made from packaging waste. By doing so, we reduce environmental impact while showing that healing doesn’t require perfection—only intention.
Inclusive Healing
Woven UP focuses on neurodiverse individuals and elderly community members—groups often left out of traditional creative spaces. Our workshops are simple, sensory-friendly, and designed to support calm, focus, and a sense of accomplishment.
